Human Relations

Boundaries?

…And it’s a six. Dhoni hitting the helicopter shot, finishing off style.

I started watching cricket from the final match of 2011 world cup. Dhoni, hits me differently. Crush? I would say no. Admiration? Connection? May be yeah. There’s no going back from cricket from that day onwards….

But in the game of cricket, not every ball hits the boundary. Only some.

That means, if there is no boundary, you will not enjoy the sixes.

Aahhh !! I wish someone had told me about this….

Trust me, we know and we don’t realise this…

And alot of other stuff as well… (Heartbreaking realisations)

Similarly in life, we are being taught to set boundaries back in our school days in our moral science lectures.

But how? Where to set the boundary?

Where is the guidebook that will tell me that, this is the limit to work, this is the limit of giving, this is the limit of taking and this is the limit in a relationship.

It’s your instincts, which you ignore, your inner self that kept shouting and you get lost in the noises of this ever running world where no one offers you to take a deeeeep breathe and think. Even if you are questioning, don’t ignore and jerk that person.

Please be a good human and be human to others.
